Liam began his journey with Progress as a Member. After leaving college in 2014, he began an apprenticeship here and has been a valued Team member ever since. Personal training since 2016, Liam has undertaken numerous additional qualifications and completed thousands of ‘hands on’ hours.
Regardless of the time of day you’re likely to see Liam working alongside his diverse client base, passionately striving to help others achieve their goals. He has built a staunch following through dedication to his client’s results and wellbeing. Liam uses a potent combination of strength training, bodyweight and mobility work to improve his client’s movement, body composition and psychological resilience.
Liam’s initial interest in strength training came as a result of an injury and his own rehab process. Following a bike accident and multiple operations he experienced first-hand why practicing proper training techniques and understanding the body’s biomechanics is vital to not only a fit and healthy body, but in some cases longevity.
This experience continues to fuel his passion in helping others to achieve their goals, whether that’s to get moving more fluidly for the demands of everyday life, increase strength and power for a sport, reach physique goals, reduce body fat, hit a strength target in the gym – Liam is there to guide every step of the way!
