This is Stu, he’s been a Member of Progress for over 5 years now. Consistently putting in the hours with the ‘early morning’ crew. Stu show’s us what you can achieve with a good mindset and strong work ethic.
MARTIN’S STORY
This is Martin, showing us just how you can juggle running a business, looking after a family and maintaining your health, strength and fitness. Under the watchful eye of Liam, of LA Personal Training, Martin has made a massive transformation and we couldn’t be prouder to have been a part of the journey.
STEVE’S STORY
A family man with 3 young children, full-time employee, hockey player/ captain and still makes it to the gym multiple times a week. Steve goes to show that it is possible to fit in time for health and well-being, even when life is busy!
