Kelly was first a Progress Member and is now an extremely capable and highly-qualified Personal Trainer.

Originally from South Africa, Kelly has now settled in the UK and we’re super-pleased that she’s chosen Progress to showcase her strong interpersonal skills. Kelly has Boxercise, Kettlebell, Suspension Training, Spin, Pre and Post-Natal and nutritional qualifications.

Kelly is a vibrant and enthusiastic instructor, hosting many of our Spin classes and the Thursday night ‘Ladies Only’ class.

She is on hand to deliver positivity, energy and enthusiasm to get you on the right track to your goals. Kelly’s fastidious approach to ongoing learning, and her exploring of new ideas and techniques, means she’s never standing still- Dynamic indeed!
