Progress is fortunate to have a Team member with the experience and passion for spreading the exercise gospel that is Jo Fenner!
Jo joined the Team full time in 2020, but she’s been teaching Yoga and Pilates at Progress for yearrrrs.

Jo is tasked with touching base with those who have wandered off track and getting them back in to the fold. If you’ve been away from Progress for more than a couple of weeks you can expect to hear from Jo!

A passionate and enthusiastic exerciser, Jo is testament to the benefits of regular resistance training and mobility- go Jo!
