Amanda joined Progress as a Member, in 2012. Within the first two years she lost 5 and a half stone, completely reshaping her own body and mindset. Clearly seeing and feeling the benefits of exercise, Amanda decided to use her own journey as a launchpad to help others.
Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer, Amanda has undertaken a huge variety of vocational qualifications. She is now qualified in Kettlebells, Boxercise, TRX, Pre & Post-Natal, Spin, Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition. She has also completed the prestigious Advanced Coaching Academy.
