Amanda Leonard has been on her own impressive journey since joining Progress as a Member in 2012. Within the first two years she lost 5 and a half stone, completely reshaping her own body and mindset. Clearly seeing and feeling the benefits of exercise Amanda decided she wanted to help others find their path to results. She has since completed her Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications and also become Kettlebell, Boxercise, TRX, Pre & Post-Natal, Spin, Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition qualified.
